About your local P.S.H therapist : :

                                Hello, my name is Louise.

Louise Spelta : P.S.H. Therapist

I discovered P.S.H. therapy as a result of my own healing journey.
After an emotionally traumatic event in 1992,

I began reading self help books, and doing courses in attitudinal healing, changing belief systems and others.

I discovered that I had a lot of old emotional issues that I had been carting around with me for most of my life and did what I could to 'work through' these issues.

Along the way, I saw many people in tremendous emotional pain, I also saw them reliving their traumatic pasts, over and over and could not understand how this was helping them.

PSH Can Help You TODAY

My heart went out to them, I thought "there has to be a better way" About 5 years ago I found that better way, in a book called "Emotional Healing" by Frank Wright. Of course, the title attracted me instantly, as that was exactly what I was looking for.

I immediately tracked down a therapist, and the therapy turned my life around.  I had already decided that I was going to become a P.S.H. therapist myself.

I had found what I was looking for, a therapy that not only healed people gently and painlessly, but quickly, in just a few sessions.

PSH can help you heal too !

THE MIND-BODY CONNECTION ::

Many people wonder how PSH can help with physical problems such as migraine.

This is because of the connection between the subconscious mind and the physical body.

Although this connection is usually unconscious, you will have experienced it in many ways throughout your life.

What happens when you hear a sound in the night ?

You feel fear – an emotion.

What happens in your physical body - your heart beats faster, you may begin to sweat, your breathing becomes heavier, you experience that fear as feelings in your body.

When someone gives you some bad news, don’t you immediately get a sick feeling in your stomach.

These are example of how your body reacts  to your thoughts and emotions.

If you had these feelings every day, as many people with stressful lives do, it would put a great deal of stress on your organs, possibly creating problems such as high blood pressure, ulcers, headaches, digestive problems and heart disease to name a few.

This also happens with unconscious feelings, the ones we are not aware of, those feelings that the subconscious has repressed.

They can affect our bodies in a multitude of different ways and we don’t even know that they are the cause.

Human beings have in fact always been aware of this connection, we have expressions such as being ‘heart broken’ or someone being a ‘pain in the neck’ (or some other part of the body).
